What counts as a tool?
A tool is one account you link once. For example: your Cloudflare account (with all its domains), your Microsoft 365 or Entra tenant, your Google Workspace, your AWS organisation, your GitHub organisation, or your CrowdStrike or SentinelOne tenant. Linking two Cloudflare accounts counts as two. Users, devices and domains inside an account are not counted separately.

What is a deep investigation?
When an alert needs more than a first look, Vigil digs into it: it pulls related evidence from your other tools and proposes a fix. That is one deep investigation. Vigil's first look at every alert is always included and doesn't count towards the number in your plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day 15 your workspace moves to OS Free unless you choose a paid plan. You pick the 2 tools that stay connected. The others are paused, not deleted, and resume when you upgrade. The trial includes up to 25 GB of log data.
What happens if we go over our plan?
We keep collecting. On paid plans each extra GB costs $5 and each extra tool costs $200 a month, or you can move up a plan. We warn you when you reach 80% of your plan. On OS Free, routine logs pause at 5 GB and we tell you; security alerts keep flowing.
Who responds when Vigil escalates?
Your team. Vigil reviews every alert around the clock and escalates the ones that need a person, with evidence and a proposed fix. On paid plans nothing changes in your environment until someone on your team approves the fix. Vigilbase analysts are available on OS Enterprise, with hours and response times set by contract against our Core, Priority and Critical SLA tiers.
Can we pay annually or buy through a partner?
Yes. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free. Managed service providers and resellers buy through Vigilbase Collective partner pricing.
