Vigilbase works with organizations in Abu Dhabi from its UAE office in Dubai. For Abu Dhabi organizations, Vigilbase OS connects the edge, identity, endpoint, network, cloud and email security tools already in place and keeps their events in one auditable record. The Vigil agent investigates high-severity incidents and Vigilbase analysts handle exceptions. You decide whether actions stay off, need approval, or run when they are low-risk and reversible.

Our UAE office is in Dubai, at DIFC Innovation One. If your engagement needs on-site work in Abu Dhabi, particular service languages or a specific contracting entity, put it in the proposal so we can confirm it before onboarding.

Managed SOC for Abu Dhabi organizations

Vigilbase's managed SOC runs on Vigilbase OS, over the tools you already pay for rather than in place of them. Choose the coverage tier: Core for business hours, Priority for 24/7/365 with a 1-hour P1 response, or Critical for immediate escalation and senior incident leadership. Live response actions run where Vigilbase OS supports them, Cloudflare today; for endpoint and other tools, the investigation returns the steps for your team.

Managed Cloudflare for Abu Dhabi

As a Cloudflare Registered Partner, Vigilbase sells Cloudflare Enterprise and operates the account after go-live, so one team answers for both the licence and the day-to-day changes. That covers WAF and bot rules, DDoS settings, DNS and Zero Trust access on the scope you agree, with your team setting policy and approving changes that need sign-off.

Abu Dhabi regulatory context

Requirements in Abu Dhabi depend on your sector, on whether you operate in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and on federal rules for personal data and critical information systems. The summaries below come from the regulators' own publications. They are context for scoping, not legal advice; your legal and compliance owners decide what applies.

ADHICS for Abu Dhabi healthcare

The Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DoH) launched the Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and Cyber Security Standard (ADHICS) in March 2019 and mandates it for healthcare entities in the emirate. Its FAQ says any entity that stores, processes or deals with health information from Abu Dhabi must comply with the applicable controls. The standard has 692 controls in 11 domains, grouped as Basic, Transitional and Advanced, and the minimum set depends on the type of facility.

How ADHICS compliance is checked

According to the DoH FAQ, ADHICS requirements are added to the existing audit process and to licence registration and renewal, under DoH's AAMEN programme. A minimum set of ADHICS controls is a prerequisite for onboarding to Malaffi, the Abu Dhabi Health Information Exchange. The FAQ also notes that, under Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the use of ICT in healthcare, data and health information related to health services provided in the UAE may not be stored, developed or transferred outside the country.

ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021

Abu Dhabi Global Market enacted its Data Protection Regulations 2021 on 14 February 2021, replacing its 2015 rules. ADGM treated the EU's General Data Protection Regulation as the leading international standard when it wrote them, and they add responsibilities for data controllers and processors handling personal data in ADGM. An independent Office of Data Protection, headed by a Commissioner of Data Protection, oversees them.

Federal requirements in Abu Dhabi

The UAE Cybersecurity Council develops the UAE Information Assurance Standard for government and non-government entities responsible for critical information systems; some of its controls always apply and others follow the entity's risk assessment. Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data sets the federal rules for processing personal data, and the UAE Data Office is the federal data regulator.

How Vigilbase supports compliance work in Abu Dhabi

We help you produce evidence; we do not certify compliance. Investigations, approvals and verification results are recorded in one place, connected logs stay queryable with default retention per dataset of typically 30 to 90 days, and Managed Cloudflare changes go through agreed change control. Bring your ADHICS category, ADGM obligations and data-location requirements to scoping, including where health data and logs may be stored; we confirm what the engagement supports and what remains open before onboarding.

How to choose among cyber security companies in Abu Dhabi

Put the same questions to each provider. Which of your tools will they connect, and what will they leave unanalysed? Who responds at night and at weekends, on which SLA tier, and how fast for a P0 or P1 incident? Which actions can they take without approval, and how is each one verified? For healthcare, where will they store health data and logs, and what evidence will they give you for an ADHICS audit? For ADGM entities, how will they handle personal data under the ADGM regulations? And who signs the contract, and where will the team work from?
