Vigilbase OS, the cybersecurity operating system, connects the security tools you already pay for and keeps their events in one auditable record. The Vigil agent investigates high-severity incidents, Vigilbase analysts handle exceptions, and you choose whether actions stay off, wait for approval, or run when they are low-risk and reversible.

Our UAE office is at DIFC Innovation One, Floor 1, Dubai. Confirm the contracting entity, service languages, approval contacts and any on-site requirement in the proposal.

Managed SOC in Dubai

Vigilbase runs security operations for Dubai companies on Vigilbase OS. Coverage follows the published SLA tiers: Core covers business hours, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM; Priority covers 24/7/365 with a 30-minute P0 response; Critical adds immediate escalation, a 15-minute P0 response and war-room incident leadership. Live response actions run where Vigilbase OS supports them, Cloudflare today; for other tools, the investigation returns the steps for your team.

Managed Cloudflare in Dubai

Vigilbase is a Cloudflare Registered Partner. We sell Cloudflare Enterprise, deploy it and run the account after go-live: WAF, DDoS, bot and DNS settings, Zero Trust access and Cloudflare incidents, on the scope you agree. You set policy and change authority. Managed Cloudflare packages have public starting prices, and Cloudflare's own plan prices are compared in our pricing guide.

Dubai regulatory context

Which Dubai rules apply depends on whether you are a Dubai Government Entity, supply one, operate in a free zone such as DIFC, or work in a regulated sector. The summaries below come from the regulators' own pages. They are context for scoping, not legal advice; your legal and compliance owners decide which rules apply.

DESC Information Security Regulation (ISR)

The Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) publishes the Information Security Regulation, which sets the minimum requirements for information security controls for all Dubai Government Entities. DESC states that it applies to their employees and to consultants, contractors and visitors who work with them without being government employees. The ISR is technology neutral: each entity reviews its domains and controls against its own risk assessment to decide which apply. It was formalized under Resolution No. 13 of 2012, and Dubai Law No. 11 of 2014 makes DESC responsible for maintaining it.

DESC standards for SOC and cloud providers

DESC's Security Operations Centre (SOC) Security Standard sets requirements for SOCs and for organizations that sign up to SOC services, whether in-house or outsourced. Compliance is mandatory for SOC providers that offer SOC services to Dubai government and semi-government entities, so those entities need a SOC provider that meets the standard. DESC's Cloud Service Provider Security Standard is mandatory for cloud providers serving those entities, and DESC certifies Cyber Force providers for incident response and penetration testing for government entities in Dubai. Check DESC's published lists for the scheme your engagement requires before you shortlist a provider.

DIFC Data Protection Law

Companies in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) follow the centre's own data-protection regime: the Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020, enacted in May 2020. The DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection supervises and enforces it. DIFC entities must submit a data protection notification at incorporation and when it changes, and the Commissioner publishes a form for reporting personal data breaches.

Federal rules that also apply in Dubai

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data came into force on 2 January 2022. It covers how personal data is processed and kept secure and confidential, the rights of data subjects, and cross-border transfers. For critical information systems, the UAE Cybersecurity Council develops the UAE Information Assurance Standard for government and non-government entities.

How Vigilbase supports compliance work in Dubai

Vigilbase supplies operational evidence, not a certificate. Each investigation records the evidence, the change, who authorized it and the verification result. Connected logs stay queryable in one place, with default retention set per dataset, typically 30 to 90 days, and Managed Cloudflare changes follow agreed change control. That record helps you produce evidence for audit questions about incident handling, logging and change management; your auditors and legal owners decide whether it meets a given control.

How to choose among cyber security companies in Dubai

Ask every shortlisted provider the same questions. Who watches your tools at night and at weekends, on which SLA tier, and how fast do they respond to a P0 incident? When does the response clock start? Which actions may they take without approval, and how is each change verified and recorded? Where are your logs and incident records stored, and for how long? If you are a Dubai Government Entity or supply one, is the provider on the DESC list your engagement requires? And who runs Cloudflare and your web edge after go-live?
